The BAME Planners Network was founded in August 2020 in response to the issues faced by Black Asian and Minority Ethnic groups within the planning profession. <\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/span><\/span>The Network is a friendly platform for engagement with one another; individuals and organisations that support our aim. We believe that BAME planners are diverse, work in various sectors and represent a multicultural, multiracial society. The Network is aware of the varying levels of success that exist between different minority groups within the profession and the profound and long-lasting effect discrimination has in the workplace<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
